Buying Property In Bulgaria-A Personal Experience
We are two British overseas property buyers and the aim of our website http://bulgariabuyer.co.uk is to help others who may be considering purchasing property in Bulgaria. Two years ago, as work colleagues, we discovered that we had a mutual interest in buying overseas property for investment and therefore decided to explore the possibility of teaming up to either buy property together, or separately but in the same complexes, such that if any problems arose along the way they would have to be solved jointly.
We feel this team effort has worked very well as there is always someone with whom to discuss the pros and cons of any possible purchase or the necessary action to be taken.
Our experience of buying off-plan property in Bulgaria began in January 2005 and the information given here relates to personal experience. We feel we have encountered most issues that a prospective Bulgarian property buyer may wish to know about before embarking on this route. We have tried to break down the buying process into chronological sequence and to give a brief definition of all the unfamiliar terms which may be encountered. One of our aims is to try to give as much information as possible in a short concise account and eliminate the need to read at length on the subject.
